Refund Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This Refund Terms and Conditions Policy outlines the refund and cancellation process for services provided by Online Account Entry (OAE), a trading name of Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Limited.
OAE is committed to fairness and transparency in managing refund requests while maintaining compliance with applicable UK consumer and contract laws.
Scope
This policy applies to:
All clients who engage OAE for bookkeeping, account management, payroll, training, or consulting services.
All transactions are processed through www.onlineaccountentry.com.
General Refund Principles
Refunds will only be issued where OAE has failed to deliver the agreed service in accordance with the client’s engagement terms.
Refunds are not available for services already delivered or partially completed unless agreed by OAE management.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original payment or service date.
Non-Refundable Services
Administrative and processing fees.
Third-party software subscriptions or licences purchased on behalf of clients.
Completed training sessions, consultancy hours, or customised bookkeeping work.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be approved if:
Services were not initiated due to OAE’s fault.
There was a billing error or a duplicate transaction.
The client cancels before service commencement, and the request is received within the valid timeframe.
Refund Procedure
Submit a written refund request via info@onlineaccountentry.com.
Include transaction reference, payment date, and service details.
OAE will acknowledge the request within 5 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank or transfer fees may be deducted as applicable.
Disputes
Any refund disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection law. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration or a small claims court in England.
Amendments
OAE reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
